Priam Properties, Inc. is a U.S.-based real-estate investment firm that specializes in acquiring, owning, and managing multi-tenant office properties in what they describe as “high-growth urban nodes” across select U.S. markets.

Founded in 2014 (as per PitchBook listing) and headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee at 102 Woodmont Boulevard, Suite 100, Priam seeks out office properties in smaller-to-mid-size metropolitan areas (outside the largest coastal markets), in an effort to capture growth from shifting demographic/workforce trends.

As of their latest public disclosures, Priam owns about 31 multi-tenant office buildings, totaling approximately 2,000,000 square feet of office space, spread across seven U.S. markets in the Midwest and Southeast. Their approach involves owning, managing, and— where possible — improving or repositioning these assets under their own management.
