I had a great conversation with the owner Danny before investing in this deal. I decided to invest through a crowdfunding site due to some reservations about the deal itself and to invest a smaller amount vs as an LP. After investing, I seem to get way more random communication about MFH education than the deal I'm invested in. I'd prefer those were reversed. Communication on the investment itself has been limited. I have received a few small distributions though it seems that the Prime team has its work cut out for them due to immigration policies in the area and Tucson being somewhat overbuilt - creating issues for filling the building. I intend to update this review as the investment matures.
