RREAF Holdings

I have invested in 4 deals across the southeast/midwest US with RREAF since 2019 and while I have yet to have a deal go full cycle, all 4 holdings are in great shape thanks to great management and most importantly they had the foresight to take out fixed rate 10 year debt at low rates which really paid off in this high interest rate environment. They have a long track record of deals and have a great reputation in DFW as being a solid player in the commercial RE space. These are the guys that brokers reach out to when a deal needs saving.
