Arn, Dan, and Brian are a great team to work with. I have invested in two deals with them and I'm very happy with both. Distributions started on time, continue coming in on time, and are matching the proforma in both cases. K-1's are issued earlier than any other sponsor I work with, asset reports are timely, and communication with Arn couldn't be better. Dan does a good job reporting the numbers, and Brian keeps occupancy up and properties maintained. They all know the area they invest in very well, and have a great business model. I have nothing negative to say about Spark Multifamily Investment Group, only good!
