The Latigo Group, LLC (“TLG”) is a privately-owned Los Angeles based residential, mixed-use real estate development and investment company focused on high quality ground up development and stabilized properties in strategic markets. TLG’s current development projects include residential and mixed-use developments in select markets, including California and Florida, that feature high barriers to entry, and are carefully selected to optimize value and enhance the fabric of existing communities. 

TLG employs a hands-on investment and development approach, closely managing the investment process during all phases of asset acquisition, planning, entitlement, construction, operations, and disposition. We utilize highly sophisticated market research to determine the attractiveness of a project. TLG collaborates with world-class architects and design professionals to create innovative spaces ideally suited for their locations. TLG strives to deliver distinctive new residential communities that offer residents truly differentiated design and amenities with the objective of being the best project in the market at the same price point as comparable properties.

In addition to ground up development, TLG focuses on acquiring older, stabilized multi-family properties that are in need of renovation and whose rents are well below market. By implementing thoughtful renovations through superior management and operation, we have been able to raise rents and achieve superior risk adjusted returns for our investors. We work alongside industry leading management companies to unlock upside potential and provide compelling investor returns, typically within a three to five year holding period. With deep experience owning stabilized and developed residential properties, our team is uniquely capable of delivering high quality projects with above market returns that are well positioned in strategic markets across the country.
