Wellings Capital is a real estate private equity firm established in 2015 that seeks to help high earners and high net worth individuals protect and grow their wealth through private commercial real estate investing.

1,000+ investors across our investment vehicles have joined us to invest in manufactured home communities, multifamily, self-storage facilities, and other private real estate asset types across the US.

Our current portfolio is valued at approximately $500 million with approximately $215 million of investor equity under management as of December 2025.

Our goal is to provide investment opportunities that give investors diversification across historically recession-resistant asset classes, multiple vetted operators, geographies, properties, and strategies. We also aim to secure better terms and access to deals that individual investors could not get on their own. Lastly, we perform intense due diligence on the operators and deals, and we share our results with current and prospective investors.

Wellings Capital has raised and donated over $1 million since 2021 to combat human trafficking and rescue its victims, aligning business success with a higher purpose.
