The process is simple; we identify a property that aligns with our desired metrics, we put the property under contract, and get started with an extensive due diligence program to validate all financials and assumptions.

If we're satisfied, we open the opportunity to our investor partner list. We close on the property, begin development/renovations/value-add plans, and get our teams and systems implemented. Each investment is structured as a unique LLC, with investors owning shares proportional to their monetary investment.
