Clear Capital is a real estate investment firm with a compelling track record of consistently creating significant value for Investors through direct investments in multi-family real estate assets.
The four founding partners have over 100 years of combined experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management and structured financing. They use their expertise to acquire underperforming and undervalued multi-family assets with strong value-add potential. Through remodeling and repositioning, the properties are improved with high-quality amenities — Wi-Fi, upgraded community recreation areas, dog parks, workout studios, pools, playgrounds and furnished outdoor gathering areas — that command higher rents and attract renters seeking an upscale, amenity-rich and all-inclusive community.

Clear Capital invests alongside its Investors, in order to appropriately align objectives and interests. We believe real economic profit and preservation of capital are the primary reasons for investing in real estate. This has been our philosophy since our founding and will continue to be our principal investment objective.

We are also proud that a majority of our Investors have multiple investments with us and reinvest, often through 1031 Exchanges, when properties are sold.
