Founded in 2011, Everwood Hospitality Partners (EHP) was the evolution of a small family business. Amit G’s vision was to build a team of like-minded, operationally driven individuals who were personally invested in the company’s success.

Amit P joined in 2014, after founding his own successful firm, AGS Private Equity. For years, AGS had been keenly successful at sourcing and investing in hospitality focused debt investments which well complemented EHP’s focus on equity and hybrid investments. Combined, the team has invested in over $400MM in assets and has an average individual executive experience of over 20 years.

Today, EHP is a multi-tiered hotel investment platform, offering a full array of services that run the gamut 
from development or acquisition through disposition. Everwood actively seeks opportunities under 
internationally recognized brands in top-tier markets with high barriers to new competition. Typical EHP 
projects are 110+ rooms under well respected franchisors such as Hilton and Marriott in top 50 MSAs across 
the country.
