Most Honest Operator
I invested with SIH Capital in 2021--through the income fund and an affordable housing apartment deal (Oxford Village)--and got to know Denis Shapiro and his partner, Anthony Khan. I invested in nearly 20 syndications since 2021 and I would put them among the most sincere people in this business I came across. They were very instrumental in my education process when I was just getting started and learning about syndications.
