"Pleased with Criterion Results and Experience"

I have worked closely with key members of Criterion's management team since 1995 (well before Criterion was formed) and therefore, I trust them. In addition to being talented, experienced and successful, they are honest and responsive. I have been working with Criterion since 2020. Over the years, I have invested in 3 separate fund groups so that I could compare the financial returns and related experiences. I have invested in 11 different Criterion sponsored deals. One of my Criterion investments finished far better than I had expected. Most are performing about as promised and one was somewhat less than we had hoped for, however, I have never lost any of my invested capital. The executives at Criterion are very responsive when I have questions, comments and/or concerns. The team at Criterion has performed better than the other 2 investment/fund groups that I have invested with over the past five years AND I have more confidence that the current Criterion Investments will generate more positive and healthy returns than either of the other two groups. I would have zero hesitation recommending Criterion to a potential investor. Neal

"Trusted firm with open communication."

I have invested in many funds from Platforms... what I didn't like was the ability to contact them before, during, and after the investment. I have had investments go wrong and it's a black box to get any info on the project/investment. I met Andy at his previous firm and he listed his cell number in one of the emails. I contacted him and he picked up! From there on we have been in touch and I followed him to Criterion. I like the quarterly newsletters, the web portal, Andy's YouTube analysis of the deals, and I met him in person. I have known Andy for 4 years and feel very comfortable investing with the Firm. I'm in 5 investments, 1 exit. 3 are long-term (3+ years) deals with quarterly income which I like.

"Great growing company and EXCELLENT Communication!"

I have been with these guys a few years, and they have been great! Incredibly transparent and their communication is the best out of any sponsor I have been with. Very rarely do I not get a response same day (whereas most sponsors take days, or ignore you all together). They put out a monthly newsletter with quick updates on all projects. As an investor I actually feel appreciated no matter how small or big my investment may be -- and that is also rare. Really enjoy working with these guys.
