The Criterion Fund is a real estate investment company focused on buying and adding value to community shopping centers in secondary markets across the country. We target centers with below-market rents, deferred maintenance, and other value-added opportunities we can use to create great value for our investors. In addition, we also participate in single-tenant net lease construction projects and sale leasebacks of assets in arbitrage opportunities. We look to remain nimble and opportunistic in the dynamic retail real estate market.
