Three Keys Investment

Julie Holly is fantastic. She is a great coach / mentor for many in the space. She ran the "Ask me how I know" podcast. She rebranded it to "The conscious investor" and produced many more episodes before launching "Identity level recalibration" podcast. We have been blessed by all of these and recommend them. Julie also did the Conscious investor growth summit in Idaho which I personally attended twice. Currently we are invested with Three Keys in one of their senior care facilities called Serenity Villa. Three Keys partnered with Arrows Capital out of Tennessee on this . (Loren Jacobs) The detail in the reports have been great. All the financials are disclosed every quarter. I have the cell phone number of both Loren and Julie and I communicate with both of them directly. The asset has stabilized (Except the new wing under construction) and the cash flow is being used to expand the facility. So far it's been a great investment. We invested in July 2023. We can't speak to full cycle on this as they are still finishing the expansion and have not Re-Fi or sold at this time. We would definitely invest with Three Keys or Arrows again.

I have been overall happy with my investment with Three Keys. They have made consistent quarterly payouts and their quarterly communication updates are very detailed. They have been navigating staffing shortages but I appreciate the transparency and strategy they share. Julie runs a great podcast - The Conscious Investor - and I have been overall happy with this investment thus far.
