Tucker Capital Group

Tucker Capital Group is the operating real estate firm of an ultra-high-net-worth individual who has completed more than 150 transactions across North America in his 20 years investing in real estate. The firm buys ground it can hold at low cost and improve over a long horizon: master-planned communities, residential subdivision land, mixed-use parcels, ranch/ agricultural acreage, and covered land with in-place income.

Over its operating history Tucker Capital Group has ownership in over 2,500 acres concentrated in Florida and Georgia, where principal Jack Tucker lives. We also own tracts in Colorado, Texas, Oregon and other states.

The firm's experience was built in the self-storage and multifamily sector, where Tucker's portfolio grew to 5 states and several thousand units. Exiting these assets in portfolio sales repositioned the firm for their next stage of growth - investing in the development-oriented real estate plays that will "anticipate the megatrend" (our company's purpose).
