Over 1,000+ investors have joined us to invest in manufactured home communities, multifamily, and other private real estate asset types across the US. Our current portfolio is valued at approximately $500 million with approximately $200 million of investor equity under management as of December 31, 2025.

Wellings Capital has raised and donated over $1 million since 2021 to combat human trafficking and rescue its victims, aligning business success with a higher purpose.
